Forget Star Wars premieres. A seat at the MGM Studios v. Grokster Supreme Court hearing Tuesday morning was the hottest ticket in town.
I wish I could have been there. Oh well, you can get a round up of what went on during the hearings today from Wired News as well as an article about the people who waited in line.

Holly crap the MPAA and RIAA have the shittiest presentation i’ve ever heard of. Well let’s see, my response to MGM is, “F’ you”.
They can ‘try’ to shut down Morpeus and Grokster, they are both ad spyware crippled apps that suck, they can’t stop shareaza or GnucDNA because they are open source, if they try to, the wrath of third and ‘fourth’ generation p2p networks will be thrust apon the world, making it impossible to stop or catch/controol us.
No mater what happens we the consumer will win.
